Stantec is seeking an Intermediate Structural Technologist to support construction services within its multidisciplinary team. This role is ideal for candidates with a solid understanding of structural building systems, especially concrete construction. Collaborate with experienced professionals to develop practical solutions and assist in project delivery through site review and coordination with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review field structural construction for contract compliance
• Attend site meetings and support contract administration
• Prepare field review reports and shop drawing assessments
• Develop site instructions and resolutions for structural issues
• Assist design teams with constructability insights
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in civil or structural engineering or related diploma
• 4+ years of related field experience
• Strong knowledge of concrete construction methods
• Effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement
• Valid Alberta driver’s license for site travel
