You will be instrumental in improving highway maintenance contracts across Alberta. The position demands a self-starter with a strong foundation in engineering or construction management, alongside at least 5 years of relevant experience. Success in this role hinges on your ability to manage projects, communicate effectively, and lead operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates and tender submissions for projects

• Administer contracts and manage compliance throughout the project lifecycle

• Serve as the primary client contact for all project-related communications

• Monitor project progress in terms of budget and quality

• Lead operational improvements focused on safety and efficiency

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree in Engineering or related field

• Minimum 5 years' experience in highway maintenance or civil construction

• Knowledge of contracts and procurement processes

• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

• Valid Class 5 Driver's License
