Westerner - Event Attendant

Position Overview

The Event Attendant supports the delivery of Westerner Days internal activation taking place July 15 – 19, 2026. Reporting to the Event Services Team, this role ensures pavilions and related activations are prepared, maintained, and guest‑ready, while promoting a safe and positive experience for all attendees.

This position contributes to the overall quality of Westerner Days, supports positive guest experience, and helps ensure the continued success of Westerner Days.

• Provide on‑site event support, including the supervision and maintenance of Kid venture, The Market, The Junction, Agventure, and Chuckwagons
• Deliver exceptional customer service and engage positively with guests of all ages
• Perform duties including, but not limited to, supervising games, bounce houses, and sensory stations; supporting vendors and entertainers; assisting with animal feeding and pen cleaning; and maintaining activation areas
• Work collaboratively with volunteers to ensure the smooth operation of all internal fair activities
• Assist in troubleshooting operational issues and resolving guest concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Support the successful delivery and overall guest experience of Westerner Days

• 1 to 2 years of customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to adapt in a dynamic event environment.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing collaboratively within a team environment.
• Availability to work all required shifts during Westerner Days from July 14–19, 2026, including days, evenings, and extended hours as needed based on operational needs.
