Temporary Event Supervisor

Position: Temporary Event Supervisor at Westerner Park
Help create unforgettable experiences as an Event Supervisor at Westerner Days from July 15–19, 2026.

Your role will help coordinate engaging activities and streamline event execution.

In this position, you will support the Event Services team in organizing the Kid venture pavilion's activities, ensuring a fun and safe experience for children and families. You will work with various volunteers and staff members to manage logistics, customer service, and event setups that enhance guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise activities in the Kid venture area for fairgoers

• Ensure safe and fun operations throughout the days of the event

• Maintain high customer service standards for guests

• Assist with setup, maintenance, and teardown of event spaces

• Collaborate with the Event Services Team for smooth operations

Requirements:

• Must possess a high school diploma

• Relevant education in event planning or management preferred

• Previous experience in events or customer service desired

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Must be available for flexible shifts during the fair
