As a Member Experience Advisor, you will engage in various transactions and offer tailored financial solutions while supporting the initiatives of our branch. Key Responsibilities:

• Build trust through attentive and responsive member service

• Handle deposits, account updates, and various transactions

• Analyze member needs and promote relevant products

• Assist in compliance and branch audits

• Train members on using digital financial services

Requirements:

• One year in a customer service or administrative setting

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Required Grade 12 diploma or equivalent

• Quick comprehension of financial applications

• Good financial literacy and numeracy skills
