In this part-time role, you will embody the values of Servus Credit Union, helping members navigate their banking needs. As a Member Experience Advisor, you will engage in various transactions and offer tailored financial solutions while supporting the initiatives of our branch. This position demands at least 20 hours a week and a commitment to member satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build trust through attentive and responsive member service
• Handle deposits, account updates, and various transactions
• Analyze member needs and promote relevant products
• Assist in compliance and branch audits
• Train members on using digital financial services
Requirements:
• One year in a customer service or administrative setting
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Required Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
• Quick comprehension of financial applications
• Good financial literacy and numeracy skills
