Position: Member Experience Role at Servus Credit Union

Enhance member relations as a Member Experience Advisor at Servus Credit Union's Rimbey branch. This part-time role focuses on providing tailored banking solutions and exceptional member service.

Your main responsibilities will include processing a variety of member transactions, resolving routine problems, and generating referrals for relevant financial products. You will also educate members on using digital banking tools while ensuring compliance with safety and legal standards. Your proactive contributions will greatly influence the branch’s overall objectives and member satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate responsive member service and support

• Execute cash and non-cash transactions accurately

• Identify and promote cross-selling opportunities

• Address routine inquiries regarding member accounts

• Support branch operations through compliance tasks

Requirements:

• At least 1 year in customer service or admin

• Background in sales is an asset

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Competency in fast data entry and numbers
