Enhance client experiences as a Student Success Coordinator. Support coaching clients from onboarding until they reach their goals through effective coordination and engagement.
In this vital role, you will ensure clients are equipped to succeed in their coaching programs by managing schedules, monitoring progress, and providing regular check-ins. Your empathy, organization, and proactive communication will play a crucial role in keeping clients motivated and accountable throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Onboard clients by detailing program expectations
• Schedule and coordinate coaching sessions effectively
• Monitor and assess client progress consistently
• Prompt clients with reminders and feedback
• Keep detailed records of client interactions in CRMs
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related area preferred
• 2+ years experience in client support or similar roles
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Organized with excellent time-management abilities
• Familiarity with CRM tools and scheduling software
Support client growth by ensuring accountability and maintaining effective communication throughout their coaching experience.
