As a Guest Service Agent, you'll be pivotal in providing friendly service at Sandman Hotel Group. You'll check guests in and out, handle inquiries, and manage reservations over the phone. Exceptional skills in conflict resolution and communication are essential for success in this role, ensuring guests receive prompt assistance and a welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests warmly during check-in and check-out
• Answer inquiries and arrange transportation for guests
• Handle telephone reservations and confirmations
• Compute bills, accept payments, and manage cash flow
• Monitor front desk operations and maintain cleanliness
Requirements:
• 1 year experience in hotel front desk operations
• Familiarity with Opera/Opera Cloud systems
• Strong accounting knowledge and customer service skills
• Excellent time-management and adaptability
• Conflict resolution expertise and clear communication skills
