Customer Sales Representative

Position: Customer Sales Representative at UFA
Enhance customer satisfaction with UFA as a Customer Sales and Service Representative. Deliver outstanding service in person and online, assisting customers with their purchases diligently.

As a Customer Sales Representative 1, you will report to the Store Manager and be central to ensuring a top-tier customer experience. Your main responsibilities will include managing customer inquiries, handling eCommerce requests, and ensuring compliance with UFA’s operational standards. Your attention to detail and friendly approach will help maintain high service and satisfaction levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly service to customers in-store and over the phone

• Manage eCommerce customer requests and order processing

• Assist with shipping and receiving tasks as assigned

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas

• Perform inventory maintenance and cycle counts as directed

Requirements:

• Completed Grade 12 diploma; 0-2 years of experience

• Previous customer service experience is an asset

• Ability to lift up to 25 kg and perform physical labour

• Basic computer skills and cash handling experience

• Interest in agriculture or petroleum sectors
