Front Desk Customer Service Representative

Join Good Life Fitness as a Front Desk Customer Service Representative and contribute to our community’s wellness. This role is pivotal in ensuring every Member’s experience is positive and engaging.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will welcome newcomers, manage Member check-ins, provide Fit-Fix sessions, and assist with inquiries. Your focus on exceptional customer service and member engagement will directly impact their fitness journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and check in Members to the Club

• Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately

• Provide guidance on Fit Fix and Cardio machines

• Keep the Club environment clean and pleasant

• Resolve Member issues with professionalism

Requirements:

• CPR-A & AED Certification is a must

• Smart Tan certification required within 3 months

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

• Customer service and sales experience preferred

• Understanding of fitness industry standards
