Shape the future of customer service as the Customer Operations Leader s role focuses on enhancing store operations and building high-performing teams through effective coaching.
As a Customer Operations Leader, you'll ensure a seamless omni experience for customers while setting sales targets. You will drive team performance and encourage a culture of learning and flexibility, supporting new technologies and community initiatives to enrich customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in operations or customer service
