Join Westerner Park as a Guest Services Supervisor during Westerner Days from July 15–19, 2026, focusing on customer engagement and team management. Your leadership will enhance guest satisfaction!
In this crucial role, you will oversee the information booth and ensure your team provides accurate information and exceptional service. Reporting to the Tickets Alberta Manager, you will handle issues, coordinate shifts, and help train staff, ensuring a safe and fun environment during the event.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Guest Services Attendants and volunteers onsite
• Organize shift coverage and task distributions
• Handle escalated guest concerns with professionalism
• Work closely with internal departments for coordination
• Assist in training and onboarding new personnel
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent is essential
• Relevant education in Event Planning or Business Management is advantageous
• Customer service experience is highly valued
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be adaptable to fast-paced environments
