In this dynamic position, you'll be the first point of contact for client queries, offering timely solutions via email, phone, and chat.
Your role is crucial in ensuring seamless product experiences and ongoing client satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have experience in customer-facing roles, an aptitude for technology, and a commitment to building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and chat promptly
• Build comprehensive product knowledge for effective support
• Manage client devices and perform Tier 1 troubleshooting
• Conduct routine account maintenance and updates
• Document all client interactions in Hub Spot accurately
Requirements:
• Experience in customer support, preferably in SaaS or technology
• Technical Diploma or Degree is preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft products and basic troubleshooting
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
