The City of Red Deer is offering two permanent part-time positions for the Customer Experience Host. This position focuses on providing a positive first impression to visitors, guiding them through inquiries, and facilitating seamless communication with City departments. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist all visitors to City Hall

• Manage and direct telephone calls professionally

• Respond to inquiries efficiently and courteously

• Collaborate with various departments for customer needs

• Ensure the front entrance is clean and inviting

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in customer service settings

• Familiarity with public sector service is advantageous

• Knowledge in conflict resolution techniques preferred

• Basic skills in Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to work independently and follow established protocols
