Key Responsibilities:

• Assist members with retail and membership transactions

• Provide accurate and timely support for services offered

• Welcome members and address their needs professionally

• Conduct administrative duties including document printing

• Support Member Services Coordinators when required

Requirements:

• Minimum of 18 years old and possess a high school diploma

• Updated Police Information Check required

• Customer service experience of 1-2 years

• Strong communication abilities and a positive approach

• Enthusiasm for helping others and a desire to learn
