Position: Westerner Park Ticketing Attendant Role

As a frontline representative at Westerner Park, you will play a critical role by assisting guests with admissions, ticket scanning, and event information. This position is perfect for individuals with a passion for customer service and who can navigate a fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for managing RAD redemptions and maintaining a smooth operation throughout the event.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct ticket scanning during guest arrivals

• Process RAD (Ride All Day) redemption smoothly

• Manage the information booth and assist guests

• Help with way finding and general inquiries

• Contribute to overall event operations

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Previous experience in customer service or events desirable

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable using technology and ticket systems

• Available for flexible shifts throughout the event
