You'll lead a motivated team of up to 10 employees and focus on analyzing service metrics for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage sales operational activities for customer service

• Monitor service metrics and analyze trends

• Oversee a team of up to 10 direct/indirect reports

• Collaborate with the Sales Manager on service standards

• Ensure compliance with policies and customer service metrics
Requirements:

• High School Degree required;
Bachelor’s preferred

• 4 years in customer service and 2 years in management

• Knowledge of WIS order processes

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to travel up to 25%
