We are currently seeking a full-time Office Clerk (Credit) to join our dynamic team.
Position DetailsPosition: Office Clerk (Credit Dept.)
Full-time: 40 hours per week. Benefit eligible after 3 months. If you are coming from out of province, please remember you need to have AB Health coverage to be covered by our plan provider.
Availability: Weekdays
Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service
- Maintain accurate filing systems and records
- Process and key all incoming payments daily with accuracy
- Prepare and process scheduled payments
- Sort and file weekly internal envelopes
- Prepare and issue customer invoices
- Communicate with customers regarding account inquiries by email and phone
- Prepare monthly statements
- Support ongoing digitization project
- Collaborate with internal departments
- Order and distribute cardlock cards
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge is preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (occasional lifting required)
