In the role of Experience Associate at the YMCA, you will ensure that every guest feels valued and informed. Flexibility in your hours is key, as you will work during mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Your main responsibilities include checking in participants, processing registrations, and addressing any inquiries promptly while embodying YMCA service values throughout each interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate positive experiences for all centre visitors

• Process registrations for memberships and programs

• Check in participants at the POS system

• Address requests and concerns in a timely manner

• Ensure safety measures are observed at all times

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Experience in customer service is beneficial

• Must be available for flexible scheduling

• Obtain Police Information Check prior to employment

• Intermediate First Aid/CPR is an asset
