Bilingual Claims Analyst (EN/FR) – Remote
Location: Canada (EST) |
Schedule: Monday–Friday 9am to 5pm|
Pay: $22.50/hr |
100% Remote
Are you fluent in English and French and eager to use your communication skills to make a real difference? We’re seeking a Bilingual Claims Analyst to provide clients with accurate, professional, and attentive support.
This is a remote role, and you must be physically located in Canada.
What You’ll Do
- Work closely with internal teams and clients to process claims accurately and efficiently.
- Craft clear, professional scripts and written communications to guide claimants.
- Ensure projects stay on schedule while maintaining high-quality work.
- Handle claim data with care, maintaining confidentiality and strong attention to detail.
What We’re Looking For
- Fully bilingual in English and French (spoken & written).
- Strong written communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in claims processing.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to high-quality work.
Use your own computer with:
- Internet: 20 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload, jitter ≤ 20 ms
- Processor:
Intel i5, AMD Ryzen 5, or better - Memory & Storage: 8 GB RAM, 256 GB storage (minimum)
- Operating System:
Windows 10 or higher - A Mac Book Pro (M1 chip) running Windows 10 or higher may also be considered
