- Monday to Thursday
- 1–3 years of experience is required in dental office management or dental administration
- Experience with dental practice management software such as Maxident is considered an asset
- Highly proficient in MS Office (Excel and Outlook)
- Strong written and communication skills when speaking with patients and dental providers
- Strong knowledge of medical and dental terminology and processes
- Experience maintaining a professional level of patient privacy
- Demonstrated experience managing budgets and other financial transactions
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
- Customer service mindset
