The Student Connect Centre is on the lookout for a Program Liaison Advisor who will support learners in navigating their academic journey. This role is instrumental in providing personalized advising while assisting students with applications and admission processes. Your creativity and initiative will contribute to building effective student support systems at Red Deer Polytechnic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide students through academic programs and pathways

• Assist with emergency funding and support services

• Promote university awards and scholarships

• Respond to student inquiries promptly and effectively

• Support training initiatives for students on budgeting and literacy

Requirements:

• Four-year undergraduate degree or relevant equivalent

• 2-3 years in student advising or counseling

• Exceptional relationship-building skills

• Clean driver’s abstract required

• Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM software
