The ABE Instructor role spans from August 17, 2026, to June 29, 2027, focusing on Adult 10 to 12 programming. Your responsibilities include delivering relevant curriculum and fostering an inclusive environment that encourages student success. You will also work under the direction of the Senior Coordinator, Adult Basic Education, ensuring all educational goals are met.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement Saskatchewan curriculum in Adult Basic Education classes
• Teach English Language Arts and Indigenous Studies courses
• Foster a positive and engaging learning environment
• Monitor and support student progress towards educational goals
• Coordinate with the Senior Coordinator for effective program delivery
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Education
• Valid Saskatchewan Professional A Teaching Certificate
• Eligible for SPTRB registration
• At least 1-2 years of teaching experience
• Proficient in teaching 30 level courses
