This pivotal role in the Training, Learning, and Development team focuses on maximizing training quality and compliance for all fuel stations in North America. You will lead a dedicated group of trainers while partnering with GMs and HR to implement and improve training solutions reflecting Swissport’s core values. Bring your strategic thinking and operational acumen to foster team development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Standardize training principles across fuel locations
• Support and guide Station Trainers in their roles
• Develop tailored onboarding experiences for new trainers
• Conduct assessments and quality reviews regularly
• Communicate training updates to business partners
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Learning & Development recommended
• Over 3 years of experience leading training initiatives
• Proven ability to handle multiple priorities
• Flexibility for varied working hours and travel
• Willingness to adapt to dynamic training environments
