Position: Full-Time Teacher on Support Team
Location: Innisfail

Join Chinook’s Edge School Division as a full-time teacher on the Integrated Student Support Team, starting in the  school year. This role emphasizes professional learning and coaching in inclusive education practices.

In this dynamic position, you will collaborate with fellow educators to enhance staff capacity addressing diverse student needs. The successful candidate will play a vital role in building sustainable practices that support student engagement and success. Experience in collaborative problem-solving and a strong foundation in inclusion are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver coaching and implementation support to school staff

• Develop evidence-based inclusive practices

• Work collaboratively on differentiation and social-emotional strategies

• Support professional learning initiatives within school teams

Requirements:

• Valid Alberta Teacher Certificate required

• At least 5 years of teaching experience preferred

• Expertise in collaborative and problem-solving approaches

• Must provide a criminal record and vulnerable sector check
