Position: Full-Time Inclusive Education Lead Teacher
Shape the future of students as the Inclusive Lead Teacher ncis of Assisi Middle School in Red Deer, AB. Provide essential support through individualized education plans and team collaboration.

In this full-time probationary role, you will work hand-in-hand with teachers to implement necessary adaptations for student learning. Your collaboration will extend to educational assistants as you guide the creation of effective strategies and deliver key professional development. Strong engagement with students, staff, and parents is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Support Plans

• Support teachers with necessary educational adaptations

• Lead professional development initiatives for staff

• Build strong relationships across the school community

• Ensure student-centered learning approaches are applied

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Education qualification

• Valid Alberta Teaching Certification required

• Familiarity with Alberta School Curriculum

• Effective collaboration and leadership traits

• Comfort in a faith-based educational setting
