As part of the Enrolment Services team, you will provide leadership in student recruitment and admissions processes, ensuring alignment with Strategic Enrolment Management goals.
Your role will facilitate a collaborative team culture while using data to inform strategic planning and improvements in service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide recruitment and admissions operations for institutional goals
• Design and implement effective recruitment strategies
• Oversee communications and prospective student services
• Leverage technology to enhance student workflows
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics for improvements
• Enhance campus visit experiences for applicants
• Foster collaborative relationships across departments
• Support recruitment and admissions staff development
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in education, marketing, or related field
• Five years of experience in admissions or student services
• Understanding of enrolment management processes
• Proficiency in CRM and student information systems
• Strong communication and leadership skills
