Olds College of Agriculture & Technology seeks an experienced Contract Instructor for its Business Management programs for the academic year.
Your role will involve planning and delivering engaging instruction, assessing learner progress, and collaborating with colleagues to enhance the educational experience. A passion for teaching and the ability to relate industry experience to students are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and develop course content for Business Management classes
• Deliver instruction tailored to diverse learning styles
• Assess and report on student academic progress
• Collaborate with departments for student support

• Create an engaging and participatory learning environment
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree relevant to business or education
• At least 2 years of relevant industry experience
• Knowledge of the Canadian Agriculture sector is an asset
• Skills in modern teaching methods and technology
• Passion for mentoring and student success
