Your contribution will shape course content, assess student progress, and collaborate with various departments to enhance learner outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and prepare business course content for instruction

• Deliver engaging lessons tailored to diverse learning needs

• Assess and report on student progress regularly

• Collaborate for student success across college departments

• Enhance teaching through educational technology as appropriate

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree in business or related field

• Minimum 2 years relevant work experience or certification

• Understanding of Canadian Agriculture is a plus

• Teaching knowledge and instructional skills required

• Strong mentoring abilities for student academic success
