This role is designed for an Educational Assistant experienced in working with students facing complex behavioral and academic challenges. Your student-centered approach and ability to maintain a positive atmosphere are crucial for building trust. Collaboration with teachers and families will be key in addressing individual student needs effectively.

• Assist students with various learning and behavioral needs

• Foster positive relationships in the classroom

• Stay calm and proactive during challenging situations

• Support a positive, inclusive school environment

• Work collaboratively with educational partners for success

Requirements:

• Proven experience with complex learning needs

• Background as an Educational Assistant is desirable

• Non-Violent Crisis Intervention training preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities

• Willingness to adapt within a team environment
