Position: Part-Time Program Leader for W.E.S.O.A.R!
Join the fun as a part-time Program Leader for W.E.S.O.A.R! at Between Friends, where you will create inclusive social and recreational activities for individuals with disabilities.
In this role, you will ensure the safety and wellbeing of 8-10 program participants through engaging community activities. Responsibilities include planning quality programs, adapting activities for inclusivity, and overseeing volunteers. Your communication with caregivers will be key to fostering a positive experience for participants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, engaging activities to participants in various settings

• Plan and budget for program sessions while tracking receipts

• Administer medication and manage documentation accurately

• Supervise and guide volunteers throughout the program

• Communicate issues or feedback with the Program Coordinator
Requirements:

• Must be 18 years old with a cleared background check

• Current Standard First Aid and CPR Level C certification

• Ability to support participants' physical needs

• Experience in crisis management within a team setting

• Commitment to training and program execution on weekends
