Quest Stabilization and Secure is a secured school location within a home run by Heritage Family Services. Staff work with students in the 11‑18 age range. The candidate will provide instruction, social skills development, and behavioral intervention for students who exhibit extreme behaviors. Relationship building and communication with house staff is essential.

• Provide instruction to students aged 11‑18.
• Develop and implement social skills programs.
• Deliver behavioral interventions and support.
• Collaborate with house staff and build student relationships.

• Alberta Teaching Certificate.
• Experience with students exhibiting extreme behaviors (preferred).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Current Vulnerable Sector Criminal Record Check required.

• Probationary Contract – full school year, not a replacement position.
• Temporary Contract – full or part of a school year, replaces teachers on leave.
• Interim Contract – part of a school year, not a replacement position.
