Position: Business Management Instructor at Olds College

As part of the Werklund School of Agriculture Technology, you will prepare course materials, assess student performance, and provide mentorship. Collaborating with colleagues, you will foster an engaging learning space while liaising with industry and community representatives to enrich the curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and prepare lesson content for student instruction

• Implement diverse teaching strategies for effective learning

• Report on and monitor student progress consistently

• Work with departments to support learner success initiatives

• Use technology to improve teaching and engagement

Requirements:

• Relevant post-secondary degree, MBA or PhD preferred

• At least 2 years of professional experience related to course content

• Knowledge of Canadian Agriculture valued

• Instructional skills and teaching experience required

• Strong guidance skills to mentor students academically
