Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead spiritual and educational initiatives across both institutions

• Ensure compliance with Alberta educational standards

• Work on improving instructional quality and practice

• Oversee school operations, focusing on student discipline

• Build strong ties with families and community partners

Requirements:

• Active certification to teach in Alberta needed

• Leadership certification required

• At least 5 years of demonstrated success in school leadership

• In-depth knowledge of Alberta’s curriculum requirements
