Strategic Associate Registrar Polytechnic

Lead strategic enrollment initiatives as an Associate Registrar at Red Deer Polytechnic. Engage with Deans and establish a culture of innovation while improving admission and registration processes.

In this pivotal role, the Associate Registrar, Enrollment Services will manage both the Admission and Registration team. You will implement strategic enrollment management initiatives and support data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with internal and external partners to elevate institutional practices and cultivate relationships in the academic landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct strategic enrollment initiatives across the institution

• Monitor enrollment trends and guide academic leadership

• Serve as a primary expert on admissions and registration

• Resolve complaints regarding registration and services

• Oversee publication of essential admission resources

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in postsecondary

• At least 3 years in leadership roles with supervision

• Knowledge of student information systems is essential

• Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion principles
