Support diverse learners in a part-time Educational Assistant role, starting as soon as possible for the 2025/2026 school year. Work two days a week to enhance student engagement in various settings.

We are hiring a part-time Educational Assistant, required for two days each week (Tuesday and Thursday). You will provide essential support in one-on-one settings, small groups, and the overall classroom. This position requires experience with academic and behavioral needs, excellent oral and written communication, and strong interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist diverse learners in a one-on-one and small group capacity

• Support teachers in delivering inclusive educational experiences

• Foster a calm and patient learning atmosphere

• Collaborate with a variety of programs and duties

• Demonstrate empathy and compassion effectively

Requirements:

• Experience working with students needing academic or behavioral support

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Reliability and eagerness to learn

• Flexibility to adapt to diverse learning environments

• Training or background as an Educational Assistant preferred
