Graham is recruiting for Co‑op Project Coordinators to support a variety of construction projects across our Buildings, Industrial, Infrastructure, Water, and other divisions. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Project Manager and contribute to coordination, scheduling, quantity surveying, reporting, and quality control activities. This position offers hands‑on experience, exposure to real project challenges, and the opportunity to learn from industry professionals within a safe, diverse, and inclusive environment.
Work location will depend on project needs; travel may be required and may involve remote sites with rotational schedules.
- Cost Monitoring & Reporting:
Track daily, weekly, and monthly labour, equipment, material, and subcontractor costs, ensuring accurate cost coding, accruals, and regular reviews with the Project Manager - Scheduling & Progress Tracking:
Support the development, monitoring, and updating of project schedules; compare actual progress against planned timelines, identify critical paths, and stay informed of manpower and material requirements - Documentation & Change Management:
Manage and maintain project documentation including drawings, revisions, site instructions, and change orders to ensure accuracy, version control, and timely communication - Procurement & Material Handling:
Submit material and equipment requisitions, complete receiving documentation, and support the timely coordination of deliveries required for project execution - Quality Assurance & Communication:
Maintain QA/QC records, testing documentation, and inspection reports; prepare and obtain written clarifications; and participate in project meetings as required to support effective communication
Education: Enrolled in Bachelor of (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical) Engineering, Construction Management, or Engineering Technology Program
Experience: Proficiency in MS Office, project management software, and scheduling tools. Ability to manage documentation, track cost and schedule updates, and support safety and quality processes
Skills: Able to support coordination and documentation tasks
