Support Clear Water as a Project Coordinator, ensuring the effective execution of industrial projects through coordination and strategic communication.
Your role is key to maintaining client satisfaction and safety standards.
As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with Project Managers to assist in various planning and execution tasks that drive project success. Your focus on documentation, tracking, and communication will facilitate seamless operations across multiple stakeholders and enhance overall project quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the coordination and execution of project tasks
• Facilitate internal and external communications
• Maintain accurate documentation and project records
• Support the development of Safety and Quality Plans
• Track project performance and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination
• Relevant diploma in Project Management or similar
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with project management software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
