• Collaborate with management on project scopes

• Conduct thorough evaluations of bid specifications

• Review subcontractor pricing for evaluation accuracy
Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' team management experience

• Experience with underground utility scopes is a plus

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities

• Valid driver's licence is necessary
