This managerial role calls for an experienced leader with over 15 years of expertise in engineering and project management. You will foster collaboration within your team, manage complex infrastructure projects, and strengthen client engagement initiatives to enhance WSP's presence in the land development sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide a team of 6+ professionals in project delivery
• Drive business development and client relationships
• Manage land development and municipal projects comprehensively
• Ensure resource optimization and compliance with targets
• Champion team growth through development plans
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering or related field
• 15+ years in consulting/municipal engineering
• Proven leadership with 8+ years in mentoring roles
• In-depth knowledge of engineering design and construction
• Familiarity with regional municipal clients in Alberta
