Reporting to the Infrastructure Manager, this full-time role involves leading a skilled team responsible for municipal referrals and utility planning. You will leverage your background in civil engineering to oversee operations and ensure adherence to safety standards. Collaborating with multiple sectors, you’ll provide valuable insights and responses to stakeholders and the public.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise the Development and Planning Technologists team
• Review engineering submissions and resolve complex issues
• Oversee permits and ensure legislative compliance
• Engage with stakeholders, providing clear guidance
• Respond to inquiries about planning and development
Requirements:
• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• At least five years in civil engineering roles
• APEGA registration or eligibility
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to communicate technical details effectively
