Requirements:

• Must possess a 5th Class Power Engineering Certificate

• Minimum of 2 years experience in building operations

• Valid driver’s license and strong interpersonal skills

• Knowledgeable in building systems and proficient in technology

• Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
