Oversee the Roads and Highways practice in Southern Alberta as an Infrastructure Projects Team Lead. Drive project success, mentor talent, and enhance client relationships while ensuring safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership on diverse infrastructure projects

• Manage all phases from design to construction support

• Identify business growth opportunities and strengthen ties with clients

• Promote a culture of safety and collaboration across teams

• Track project performance and resource allocation
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering; must be a licensed engineer

• At least 10 years of relevant project experience

• Knowledge of highway design standards

• Proficiency in engineering software including AutoCAD

• Strong communication and mentoring skills
