Expand your career as a Virtual Design & Construction Specialist focused on digital workflows in Edmonton, Alberta. Collaborate with project teams to improve BIM coordination and execution.
In this role, you’ll support various aspects of the VDC process, working closely with stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams. Your responsibilities will include conducting BIM coordination meetings, supporting model audits, and maintaining comprehensive tracking of deliverables. Strong communication will be key to fostering professional relationships across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct BIM meetings and track necessary action items
• Review design models for completeness and coherence
• Manage document control and file exchange processes
• Prepare deliverables like production tracking reports
• Engage on-site to address and resolve issues
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in VDC, Architecture, or related area
• 4+ years of experience in VDC or related fields
• Strong skills in Revit, Navisworks, and related software
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Experience in complex projects is advantageous
