Position: Lead Electrical Estimator at Elevate Energy Group
Elevate Energy Group is hiring a Lead Electrical Estimator to manage and deliver competitive proposals for industrial projects within the Oil & Gas sector. This full-time role is based in Red Deer, Alberta, appealing to candidates from Edmonton or Calgary.

In this pivotal position, you will produce detailed electrical estimates and engage effectively with subcontractors and clients. Your expertise will guide project budgeting and proposal development, ensuring alignment with technical specifications and client expectations. Strong negotiation and communication skills will be critical to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare comprehensive estimates for varying project sizes

• Review and interpret engineering specs for accurate costing

• Develop budgets and project execution plans as needed

• Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors

• Lead proposal review meetings effectively

Requirements:

• Journeyman Electrician Certificate (Alberta)

• Minimum 5 years of estimating experience in Oil & Gas

• Proficient in Accubid / Trimble estimating software

• Strong understanding of construction sequencing

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
