Position: Municipal Project Manager at WSP

As part of WSP’s Municipal Engineering and Land Development Group, you will manage essential municipal engineering projects. This role involves directing water and roadway design, fostering relationships with municipalities, and supporting the next generation of engineering professionals. Your impact will be felt across Central Alberta communities, enhancing their infrastructure and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute municipal engineering projects for community benefit

• Lead project teams to deliver practical water and stormwater solutions

• Cultivate partnerships with municipal stakeholders

• Provide mentorship to emerging engineers in the field

• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and communications
Requirements:

• Professional Engineering designation (P.Eng. or P.L.(Eng.)) in Alberta

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in infrastructure projects

• Proven expertise in roadway and wastewater design

• Knowledge of Alberta construction and project delivery standards

• Valid driver’s license for municipal client interactions
