MPE is seeking an Intermediate Civil Engineer with 5 to 10 years of experience for its Red Deer office. The role emphasizes the management of diverse water resource projects, requiring you to leverage your skills in design engineering, project management, and construction supervision. Strong communication, leadership, and client management abilities are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project contracts and oversee construction activities

• Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technologists

• Prepare design drawings, reports, and specifications

• Administer construction and conduct supervision tasks

• Collaborate closely with clients to achieve project goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering

• Registered with APEGA as a Professional Engineer

• 5 to 10 years in engineering design and management

• Experience in hydrotechnical assessments preferred

• Strong project and leadership skills with excellent communication
