Water Resource Civil Engineer MPE

Located in Red Deer, MPE is seeking a dynamic Intermediate Civil Engineer with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering and registration with APEGA as an Engineer (P.Eng.). The ideal candidate will possess 5 to 10 years of project management and design experience in water resource engineering, with notable skills in hydrotechnical assessments and hydraulic modeling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project contracts and oversee construction activities

• Guide and mentor junior engineers and technical staff

• Develop planning reports and technical specifications

• Provide supervision and administrative support during construction

• Engage directly with clients to align on project needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering

• APEGA Engineer registration (P.Eng.) required

• 5-10 years of relevant experience

• Experience with hydraulic modeling software

• Strong leadership and communication skillset
