Attention to detail and familiarity with building construction is essential, along with excellent organizational skills and the ability to interpret designs accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Keep supplier pricing lists current

• Create comprehensive product lists from drawings

• Perform quantity take-offs for project quotes

• Seek competitive quotations from various vendors

• Utilize computer programs for quoting and documentation

Requirements:

• 2-3 years related estimating experience

• Understanding of hardware and construction materials

• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office Suite

• Strong communication skills for collaboration

• Solid mathematical skills for accurate calculations
