To excel in this role, you need a Mechanical Engineering degree and at least 5 years of design experience. Responsibilities include designing manufacturing processes, researching new systems, and working with manufacturing teams to meet safety standards. Your contributions will help raise industry benchmarks and drive Badger’s competitive stance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a 1-year strategic business plan

• Design innovative processes with cost-effectiveness in mind

• Prototype new products and assess performance

• Establish performance initiatives aligned with goals

• Prepare detailed engineering drawings and CAD models

Requirements:

• Mechanical Engineering Degree from an accredited university

• Professional Engineer or EIT status with APEGA

• Minimum 5 years of design engineering experience

• Proficient in 3D CAD, especially Solidworks

• Strong skills in MS Office and Acrobat
